The Council of the Faculty of Education at University of Prishtina has approved the Package of Instruments for Quality Assurance

The Council of the Faculty of Education at University of Prishtina on: 30.09.2021, has approved the Package of Instruments for Quality Assurance according to the Quality Assurance Policy approved on 24.01.2021!

Quality assurance instruments will start to be implemented at certain stages after the partial piloting that took place in 2020/21.

Instruments:

– Questionnaire for graduates (Alumni) of the Faculty of Education

– Course / subject evaluation questionnaire

– Questionnaire for the evaluation of pedagogical practice in educational institutions

– Questionnaire for evaluation of administrative services

– Interview / conversation protocol for the development and performance of the academic staff

– Protocol for evaluating the quality of the implementation of the study program

– Protocol of observation between colleagues

– Employer Questionnaire

– Database for monitoring research / scientific publications of academic staff

– Database for monitoring international cooperation.
