QATEK project started the implementation of academic staff capacity building program

On 22-23 November, QATEK project launched the implementation of the capacity building program for academic staff, more specifically the research methods module within this program. The workshop was facilitated by University of Ljubljana colleagues who are in charge of this module and 35 participants from Faculty of Education in Prishtina, Gjilan, Gjakova and Mitrovica attended. The program includes also modules on writing scientific articles, didactics of higher education, social dimension of education, approach to competence based curricula, developing teacher leadership, and understanding student learning. The program will be implemented throughout year 2022 in cooperation with other programme country universities.
