QATEK project continuous to implement capacity building program for teacher educators by providing training on different modules and themes, catering for academic staffs’ professional development needs.
On March 6, Professor Tatjana Hodnik (University of Ljubljana) held an online training session on the module “Problem-Based Learning in Higher Education”. The module focuses on academic staff: (i) planning, executing and evaluating problem-based learning approach in higher education and (ii) reflecting upon their pedagogical content knowledge based on gained competences on problem-based learning.
This session offered academic staff the opportunity to share their experiences with implementing problem-based learning approaches in their courses. The discussions and feedback provided inspired participants to think alternative ways to approaching teaching in higher education.
