The work has continued on the second day of the QUADIC Project

On the second day of the QUADIC project, which is being held at Kadri Zeka University in Gjilan, all the partners worked together according to the action plan.

The action plan aims at achieving a common understanding of the concepts and content as a basis for the adoption of a new pedagogical and working model of the internationalization and project cycle management. In meantime a workshop on human resources was held; Infrastructure and use of technology; IRO status within universities; as well as linking the IRO with various organizations.

QUADIC Project Coordinator, Prof. Ass. Dr. Dukagjin Leka said that the development of international relations and the project cycle management strategy plan is very important. On the other hand, the representatives of the project participants said that the establishment/operationalization of the international relations and the project itself is of particular importance.

There also were discussed the Work Packages 1, 2, 3 and 4, of the Project which contains Contacting the regional partners to confirm the list of equipment; Preparation of tender dossier and technical specification; Public launch of the tender; Contracting and equipment purchase; Planning of the process of procurement; Planning of the tender value and contract clasification; Managing the contract; Development of the software application for management of projects; Development of the online platform for international cooperation and partnerships.
